Hawaii Symposium Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in supporting our effort to produce the 2019 National Symposium: Mixed Modern: Modern Architecture in a Multicultural Context. The 2019 Symposium will feature talks by local and international authorities on the mid-century movement. A variety of tours to mid-century landmarks throughout the symposium will be offered, showcasing how specific design strategies continue to be relevant in light of our search for sustainable community solutions. Each event has opportunities for sponsorship, with each level of sponsorship offering varying levels of acknowledgment for your support.

Mauna Kea

As the Mauna Kea Sponsor, your company/organization receives priority print and web placement acknowledging your support, verbal recognition at each event and the opportunity to craft a benefits package that reflects your specific interests. This is the highest level of support available and ensures a level of excellence across symposium programming. Benefits can include, but are not limited to, symposium packages for guests, tickets to the Opening Night and Closing Night Parties, access to exclusive tours, and branded materials for attendees such as lanyards or tote bags.

Tier 1 - $10,000 and up

Mauna Loa

As the Mauna Loa Special Event Sponsor, your company/organization has the opportunity to address symposium guests directly during one special event and showcase your products or services. The Mauna Loa Sponsor also receives priority print and web placement acknowledging your support and the opportunity to craft a benefits package that reflects your specific interests.

Tier 1 - $10,000 and up

Haleakala

Become a Haleakala Sponsors and be recognized as the presenting sponsor for one day of the Symposium. Haleakala Sponsors have the opportunity to choose between:

Welcome to Paradise (Fri)
Holo Holo (Sat)

Haleakala Sponsors will be recognized throughout the duration of the 4-day Symposium, through print material, visual banners, and social media. Six (6) event registrations and four (4) tour tickets are available.

Tier 2 - $5,000 - $9,999

Kawaikini

The Kawaikini Kama'aina Sponsors provide direct support for local participation throughout the 4-day Symposium. Sponsorship at this level provides a deep discount to local residents wishing to attend the event. Kama'aina Sponsors will receive priority acknowledgement in press releases and social media posts announcing registration.

Kama'aina Sponsors will be recognized throughout the duration of the 4-day Symposium, through print material, visual banners, and social media. Four (4) event registrations and four (4) tour tickets are available.

Tier 3 - $3,000 - $4,999

Kamakou

Become a Kamakou Sponsor and have your company or organization logo included on our swag! Merchandise opportunities at the Kamakou level include:

Leahi Sponsors will be recognized throughout the duration of the 4-day Symposium, through print material, visual banners, and social media. One (1) event registration and two (2) tour tickets are available.
