Cancellation Charges

All cancellation requests must be made via email to cs1@blueskyz.com

• Refund requests up to 30 days prior to the symposium (received by August 26) will be refunded in full minus a $25 administrative fee
• Requests received 15-29 days prior to the symposium (August 27–September 11) will receive a 50 percent refund.
• No refund requests will be honored after September 12 or for no shows.
