Tara Ikenouye holds master’s degrees in Architecture, and Historic Preservation with an emphasis in technology and sustainability. Ms. Ikenouye is experienced in construction observation; construction drawings and specifications; condition assessment and investigation of existing structures with various enclosure materials including brick, concrete, stone, and glazed curtain walls. Ms. Ikenouye has managed many local and out-of-state academic, corporate, and institutional projects with diverse project teams consisting of owners, designers, consultants, and owner’s project managers.
