Southfield, Michigan has a amazing collection of midcentury modern homes and buildings, many of which were designed by top local and internationally renowned architects of the Modern Movement, including Gunnar Birkerts, Minoru Yamasaki, Percival Goodman and Victor Gruen.

Hosted by the Southfield Historical Society and the City of Southfield, this two-and-a-half hour bus tour includes stops in midentury developments, Shaarey Zedek Synagogue, Emmanuel Lutheran Church, the Reynolds Aluminum Building, and Moslem Shrine Temple. Modern Movement design elements and materials will be discussed. Comfort coach and guide book included.
