MISSION STATEMENT

Docomomo US Mission Statement

Docomomo US seeks to exchange knowledge [1], stimulate interest, educate the public [2], and advocate for the appropriate protection and preservation of significant Modern buildings, sites, neighborhoods and landscapes in the United States.  Docomomo US maintains The Register, a searchable online database of important Modern heritage across the United States [3], to document and share techniques for the preservation and conservation of this historical fabric.
