This year Mid Tex Mod excited to partner with Central San Antonio’s Shearer Hills/Ridgeview Neighborhood Association to tour five outstanding mid-century homes. Located between San Pedro and Hwy 281 just south of North Star Mall, Shearer Hills and Ridgeview
developed between the 1950s and the 1960s and boast a fantastic collection of traditional and contemporary ranch houses, as well as more modern split-levels.
 
We’ll kick off the event with a short presentation on mid-century modern architecture at Period Modern, and wrap up the day there with drinks after the tour. The event is free for Mid Tex Mod members, $15 for non-members.
