Features full access to a dozen modern homes in Paradise Gardens, Arizona, many of which were designed by Alfred Newman Beadle in the 1960s. Now 50 years old, the neighborhood is experiencing another surge of development. The tour is park-and-walk with most homes clustered within walking distance of each other.
